Registration Information

In addition to the usual services, conference fees include all three lunches, coffee breaks and drinks during poster sessions and the conference dinner.

Please take advantage of our reduced EurBee member fees. Select the EurBee member rate and you automatically become a member of EurBee. If you wish not to join EurBee, select the regular rate.

Please note:
- Registration fees are only valid if you register and pay the full amount.
- Payment is possible by bank transfer only

FUNDING

Participants from Romania and Bulgaria, east-european non-EU-countries and developing countries are encouraged to apply for financial support. Just send a short letter (pdf) of motivation and justification of your participation together with your abstract (limit: max. 1500 characters, including spaces) to eurbee2012@zoologie.uni-halle.de before the submission deadline of May 31st 2012 12:00.
Decisions on funding will be taken by the scientific board before June 15th. Funding may include a reduced conference fee and travel support.

TRAVEL SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS
Students of institutions which are members of the COST action COLOSS, who participate at the COLOSS satellite symposium in Halle just before the EURBEE conference can apply for travel support at the COLOSS web site.

Cancellation policy
For cancellations received by the congress organization before 15^th June 2012 congress registration fee minus an administrative fee of 80€ will be refunded after the congress. No refund can be granted for cancellations received after 15^th June 2012.
